San Juan Nursing Home, Inc. (SJNH) is a not-for-profit faith based corporation organized and operated for religious and charitable purposes. Our mission is to extend the healing ministry of Christ embracing all that pertains to prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for the best physical, psychic and spiritual well–being of the person. SJNH is comprised of professionals and volunteers dedicated to enhancing the sacredness and dignity of life of our residents.

Our operational revenue is primarily based on Medicaid and Medicare funding which continues to be a challenge to our ongoing needs. Our objective through this endeavor is to meet federal standards to provide the safest environment as possible. It is to this end that we seek your support in our upcoming Gala Dinner & Silent Auction to take place on Thursday, June, 21, 2012.

Proceeds from this event will benefit the installation of a fully automated sprinkler system, to meed federal mandates.
