local individuals. Give you a little of their background and ask
them what it took to be successful in their industry. We also ask
them to provide tips for you to take and build a successful career.

The Ronald McDonald House Board, and The Cameron county Appraisal
District Board.

Zamponi is currently the Branch Manager for First National Bank
in La Feria. He has been a Licensed Realtor since 2002 and is close
to earning his Broker’s license. He is a member of the Greater
McAllen Association of Realtors, the Texas and National Association
of Realtors, and the Independent Bankers Association Texas
Leadership Division.
Cindy Hopkins is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in the
State of Texas and working in association with Coldwell
Banker/Impact Properties. She holds a CRS (Commercial Real Estate
Specialist) as well as a CREP (Commercial Real Estate Professional).
She has been appointed by my peers to serve on the Texas Association
of Realtors as a representative for the Rio Grande Valley/McAllen
area in the RCA (Real Estate Commercial Alliance) and attended the
TAR convention in Austin, Texas last month.
From
Coldwell Banker/Impact Properties for 2006 she has been awarded the
Presidential Elite award - an award that has only been achieved in
this office from her broker, Joyce Benson, in the past nine years.
For 2006, she was awarded Rising Star award, Multi-Million Dollar
Producer award, Top Producer in sales and was granted a member of
the Sterling Society.
