The Haunted Houses are a great tip for this part of the year. I did a search on the Mcallen Art Walk and came up with www.mcallenart.com. This is a great site promoting upcoming valley artists. I am very interested in the "Taste of India" that is coming up. I'm going to try to contact Rita and see if she wants to add the event to the calendar.
I tried to place a hot link for the Local Harvest page you offered. However, I was having an issue accessing it. I just tried it again and it appears to be better. I will fix that by Monday.
