When the Speed Dating event begins, the coordinator will seat each of you at a table for approximately five minutes to meet and talk. There will be one man and one woman per table. After the alloted time, everyone will be requested to move on to visit with another participant by having the men move on to the next table while the woman stays seated. This continues until all the participants have met. Each and every Speed Dating participant has a "tally sheet" to discretely keep track of each person and you will be able to "check off" each and every person you have met that you are interested in getting to know better. You simply mark on your "tally sheet" each such person and if any of the participants you have marked also mark you on his/her "tally sheet", then this is a "Match". At the end of the event, all "tally sheets" are turned in to the Event Coordinator. The following day, the Event Coordinator will review all submitted "tally sheets" and contact each participant by email or phone with the results. The Event Coordinator will give you and your "matches" each other's contact information, supplied by you, for you and your "matches" to make further contact.
