How can anyone have only 6 portable toilets for thousands of people at the kite show?

There was 3 for men and 3 for women. As a group of people who come down for the winter, we will never be back at the kite show. Just don't make any sense whoever arranged the portable toilets. As we were leaving there were several unhappy campers. Just wanted to express my feelings and would like for the person in charge to know he or she goofed.
