A little about Me & My Family

Well, For starters my name is Ana Luna. Neither my Husband or myself are from the Valley, but we have honestly grown to love it! There are so many things to do here with the family and we are excited to raise our children here. We are both currently employed with Echostar Communications. My husband has been with the company for over 6 years & transferred here from El Paso & I have been with the company for 3 1/2 years. Echostar is where we met! We currently have a 22 month old daughter & another baby girl on the way, due in October!
Because we don't have much time off together, My Husband & I have to take advantage of the things that are close to us. One of our favorite things to do here is the go to the Beach. My daughter absolutely loves going out to South Padre Island and cries when it's time to come home.
The Rio Grande Valley is a great place to raise your children or just to visit!
One of my favorite hobbies is scrapbooking...unfortunately I have not found many people that are interested in crafts down here. I was more active in creating scrapbooks when my child slept a majority of the day, but now that she's a toddler I find it harder to enjoy my hobby. I would definitely be interested in hearing from anyone who shares similar interest!
